Sponge made in house
Our own sponge titanium plant controls the variables that decide everything downstream: oxygen, nitrogen, iron and particle size distribution. It is the reason we can explain a chemistry result instead of simply forwarding it.
Titanium mill products · Beijing, China
Bar, plate, tube, wire and fasteners in Grade 1 through Grade 23. We melt our own sponge titanium and finish through an audited partner network — and we label every product with which is which. Each lot ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate, heat-number traceability, and a release signature that is ours.
How we supply
It is the first question most procurement teams ask, and the one most suppliers answer vaguely. We answer it by labelling every product line with where it is made and who releases it — so your audit can start from facts instead of from our marketing.
Our own sponge titanium plant controls the variables that decide everything downstream: oxygen, nitrogen, iron and particle size distribution. It is the reason we can explain a chemistry result instead of simply forwarding it.
Forging, rolling and drawing are carried out by a small group of long-term partner mills. Each is audited by us on a fixed cycle, and every shipment keeps its original heat number and its original mill of record.
Chemistry, mechanicals, dimensional checks, ultrasonic testing and the release signature are ours. Third-party inspection at SGS, TUV, BV or Intertek is welcome, and pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on your account.
We will not issue a certificate that names a partner mill as us, and we will not hide a mill that is not us. If your specification requires our name in the manufacturer field of the MTC, ask us — we will tell you plainly whether that is possible for the grade and form you need.
What we supply
Not every step happens under one roof, and we say so. What stays with us is the part that decides whether your material is accepted: heat traceability from sponge batch through ultrasonic testing to the crate on the container, and the signature that releases it.

Why buyers stay
Anyone can quote a price. The reason customers in Germany, Korea and Texas keep coming back is that the paperwork and the metal always agree.
Third-party inspection is welcome. SGS, TUV, BV and Intertek have all walked this floor.
Quick reference

How we work
Grade, form, dimensions and quantity is enough to start. Drawings and target standards help us quote the right thing the first time.
Price, weight, lead time and Incoterms in one sheet. FOB, CIF and DDP are all quoted on request.
We confirm heat numbers before rolling. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your nominated agency.
MTC, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin and, where required, pre-shipment inspection reports travel with the goods.
Send the grade, form and quantity. We reply within one working day, weekends included during peak season.
